The professional devleopment modules currently allow one to create and manage all the inservice and professional eduction conducted within the unit. The site also allows for the allocation of all registered staff members to each educational session. The allocation of the staff member is also recorded in the staff members own CV found in their My Profile Folder. This means that not only can the unit keep track of the professional education and training but also each staff members training record. Further more, even after the staff member may leave the clinic, the training record of the staff member remains available to that person. In other words, the individual training records are transportable |
