Outside professional or very large institutions, creating, operating and processing a regular survey can be time consuming and distracting. Thinking of the questions can in itself give one a headache!. Yet the process is not complicated. If the mechanism of processing the interpretation the questions is standard, one can quickly review the survey and act accordingly.
