Clinic Survey online has the capacity to link the survey to an Audit List. The CAR (clinic audit reports or critical action reports or whatever you may describe it) is a function of QAPonline Accreditation tools to manage your internal audits and action reports. These reports are not intended to contain confidential information but the organise and manage the audits conducted within the clinic. The feature does allow one to define an Audit and include some recommendations and comments as deemed appropiate. It does allow for you to provide some action statement to the survey. |
