Most accreditation programs require at least some degree of consumer (Patient) survey to be performed. From a standard business perspective, surveying your patients or clients is good practise that provides information on what parts of your business your clients (patients) find positive and what they find disappointing. Even at a standard single clinic practise, surveys will provide some feedback on what your patients really think about your service. |
