The QAP Supervisor Annual Report is a summary of all schemes your clinic in enrolled in for the selected year. It attempts to summarise on one page, the clinics performance during the year. You may select nay of the listed schemes from the drop down menu and drill down through the data set for more information. See other links for more information. Please note that the summary does not indicate how many of your staff have participated only that at least ONE has. The unanswered questions relates to whether there is a reply by at least one staff member against the key QAP quesstion for each installment. |
