How to create a new survey |

From the survey left menu colum, just select NEW SURVEY. This creates a blank record of a new survey titled NEW SURVEY attached to your clinic. No other information is created at this time. You can edit this survey at anytime. The record contains some information including the status of the survey - eg is it under conctruction, available to add data, closed for further data entry or completed. You can add some date stamps to it includign start and finish times and the aim of the survey. This may seem self evident now but in a few years, this information may be valuable. |
