If you are the senior scientist in the organisation then you should create a QAP subgroup.
Registering as a QAP supervisor
Under the Central heading, an option to become a QAP Sueprvisor will be present. Select PROCEED
First register yourself as a Supervisor
Selecting PROCEED, you will first be asked to register yourself as a Supervisor. This marks your file as a QAP Supervisor then you will be asked to create a QAP Group. - Select PLEASE RECORD THAT I AM THE CLINIC QAP SUPERVISOR
Creating a QAP group
The second step is to create a QAP group. Give your QAP group a name and identify it`s nature such as an IVF Clinic or a Pathology Department. Remember that you can have a number of laboratories within your QAP group so if you are a regional laboratory if a large organisation, create the QAP group in the name of the larger organisation.
