FertAids QAPonline provides laboratories with the tools to manage external quality assurance, Internal Quality Control and Competency statements for each staff member
External Quality Assurance
Allows each laboratory and the whole companies activity to be compared to other participants.
Internal Quality Control
QAPonline allows each laboratory to compare their performance against other laboratories in the company and each staff members performance against other staff members in the same company.
Competency Statements
Each staff members performance may be reviewed by both the staff member and by the QAP Supervisor and reflects to some degree their competency with the subject of each scheme in which they participate. Full, partial or no participation may also be viewed within their competency assessment. Remember QAPonline does not define the competency of any participant.Only the QAP Supervisor may allocate a competency summary but this is based in part on their performance in QAPonline.
Monthly Audits
Since many questions asked during an EQA session are qualitative in nature e.g. which embryo would you select for transfer, QAPonline has developed a series of visual assessment audits for both clinical and accreditation purposes.
