You can access the performance of any staff member both as part of your EQA surveillance and for the staff members annual review. The review defines both their participation and their competency [at least as far as the EQA schemes].

Staff EQA performance
You may display and print the performance of each staff member in any year as part of their annual appraisal and to assess their performance in the EQA. You may nominate a performance grade by selecting a number between 0 and 5.
