Three pronuclear embryo. The polar bodies are located at 1 oclock and there is some cytoplasmic clearing adjacent to them. There is a small cytoplasmic inclusion at 9 oclock. The 3 pronuclei all contain nucleoli although the number in each is variable. The nucleoli in the upper right pronucleus are drawn to the PN junction while those in the two pronuclei to the left are smaller and more scattered. |
